Digital Graffiti at Alys Beach transforms the town into a vibrant outdoor gallery where cutting-edge digital technology brings art to life on its iconic white walls. This unique art festival features a nearly one-mile-long exhibition trail through the New Urbanist community, providing a striking backdrop for the nighttime event. Approximately 70 artworks will be displayed, ranging from juried submissions by international artists to pieces by Residency Artists and emerging talents, illuminating architectural facades, pathways, and landscapes. The event melds art, technology, and architecture, celebrating the synthesis of these elements in a spectacular display.

 Emerald Coast Theatre Company: Legally Blonde The Musical

May 2-18, 2025

Emerald Coast Theatre Company presents Legally Blonde The Musical. The show will run May 2 - 18: Thurs - Sat at 7 pm, Sundays & Wednesdays at 2 pm. All ECTC productions will be staged at ECTC’s space in Grand Boulevard Town Center, located in Miramar Beach, Florida. 

A fabulously fun award-winning musical based on the adored movie, “Legally Blonde: The Musical” follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Very few people have faith in the super blonde, pink wearing sorority girl, but she manages to surprise them when she defies expectations while staying true to herself. Action-packed and exploding with memorable songs and dynamic dances - this musical is so much fun, it should be illegal!

Locals Last Stand

The Watersound Origins community will host 30A’s annual Locals Last Stand party on Sunday, May 18, from 2 to 6 PM. The event will take place at Watersound Town Center Pavilion and feature live performances by local artists. The concert is FREE and open to the public!

Memorial Day weekend kicks off the season, filled with exciting summer fun in Rosemary Beach, Florida. Come out to the St. Augustine Green/Owners Center on Monday, May 26th, for an evening of music by Rubiks Groove. The free and open-to-the-public show starts at 7PM. Bring your chairs, blankets, picnics, and friends and family. 

Rubiks Groove is the premier “Outside of the Box” 80s, 90s, and 00s Tribute Band! This high-energy, character-driven act will take you back to the best eras of music with a complete 360-degree interactive experience that includes live music from rock to hip hop, characters, costumes, and videos.

 Alys Beach Memorial Day Event Features Sinfonia Pops & Drone Show!

Get ready to tap your toes and feel the Gulf breeze as Alys Beach is set to burst into a celebration of music and light as Sinfonia Gulf Coast brings back its beloved Memorial Day weekend tradition. Mark your calendars for the annual Sinfonia Salutes pops concert and drone show on Sunday, May 25th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre.

This isn't your stuffy symphony gig, folks. This is a full-on festive outdoor party, and everyone's invited! The Alys Beach Amphitheatre will be the place for families and music lovers. This year's concert promises a high-energy mix of patriotic tunes and popular hits to get everyone singing along. And to make the night even more magical, a dazzling drone show will paint the sky with light.

Want to snag the perfect spot? Bring your low-back chairs or blankets and get there early! The amphitheater is located on Scenic Highway 30A, right across from the shimmering Gulf of Mexico.

This year, guest artist Aaron King Vaughn, a talented music educator and conductor hailing from Tampa, Florida, is leading the charge. “Looking forward to making some great memories this coming Memorial Day weekend at Alys Beach with Sinfonia Goes Pops! See you there!” says Vaughn.

 Camp Helen State Park Ranger-Guided Nature Hike

Camp Helen State Park invites you to go beyond your park visit, joining Park Ranger staff for a nature hike held each first Thursday of the month at 10 AM on Camp Helen's user-friendly trail system. Learn about the park's flora and fauna and the larger ecosystem of the Florida Panhandle. The hike is great for all experience levels and requires moderate endurance.

The Oak Canopy and North trails combine paved, sand, and packed-earth terrain. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring a water bottle, sunscreen, bug repellent, and your adventurous spirit. 

Camp Helen State Park is at 23937 Panama City Beach Parkway, just west of the Phillips Inlet Bridge on the Bay County and Walton County line. 

Camp Helen State Park is bordered on three sides by the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell, one of Florida's largest coastal dune lakes. Activities include swimming, beachcombing, nature study, hiking, freshwater, and saltwater fishing.
