Ignite your creative spark with a month-long celebration of the arts! 

Santa Rosa Beach, FL - Art Month Walton County, an initiative led by the Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA) of Walton County and sponsored in part by Visit South Walton, will provide a whole month of creative offerings in May, including the "Under The Sea" fundraiser for the Underwater Museum of Art, 35th Annual ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival, Longleaf Writers Conference, Digital Graffiti at Alys Beach, The Sound of Music at Emerald Coast Theatre Company, Open Mic Night with Emerald Coast Storytellers, Sinfonia Goes Pop in Alys Beach, events at The Foster Gallery, and more. 30A & South Walton Market Report - Q1 2023

First Quarter Insights

Prices continue to climb in most communities along 30A, but the drastic decline in the number of sales affected some overall averages. For example, in a year-over-year comparison for sales on 30A, the median sales price for homes decreased. In the first quarter of last year, 356 homes sold with a median price of $1,515,000. So far this year, just 195 Homes have sold with a median sales price of $1,410,000, representing a 7.44% decrease.

The number of available properties is increasing.

Last January through March, inventory absorption rates were between 1 and 1.2 months of supply. So far this year, rates are between 4 and 5 months of supply, indicating we are in a balanced market.
