Today, Seagrove stretches from Seaside’s eastern border to just beyond 30A at Eastern Lake, neighboring Watersound Beach. #2 - Blue Mountain Beach
Not to be outdone, Blue Mountain Beach has proudly held onto the #2 spot for several years. Established in the 1940s, this beach town boasts the highest dune elevations along 30A—hence the “mountain” in the name (Floridians, we take what we can get!). Buyers are drawn to its mix of old-Florida charm, newer luxury homes, and a slightly quieter vibe compared to some of 30A’s busier areas. Whether you’re a full-time resident, second homeowner, or vacationer, Blue Mountain Beach checks all the boxes.
#3 - Seacrest Beach
For the second year in a row, Seacrest Beach rounds out the top three. Established in 1996, this community borders Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. While much of eastern 30A falls under the Inlet Beach zip code, locals still recognize Seacrest as covering surrounding areas like Camp Creek Point, Seabreeze, and Sand Cliffs.
