An Insider’s Peek Into The Current 30A Real Estate Market

We know it feels busy in our market right now with a definite increase in buyer interest and more home showings,  But simply “feeling” busy does not give us a true picture of the reality of our real estate market along 30A. So, we took a look back at last week’s activity to see what took place to see if how we are feeling about the market matches what is actually happening.

We are in the “dog days of summer” when things usually begin to slow down here at the beach. Visitors and families are traditionally returning to their homes to gear up for a new school year.
