A Weekend of Art & Music: ArtsQuest Returns to Grand Boulevard
If you’re looking for something special to do along the Emerald Coast this weekend, ArtsQuest is back and it’s set to be one of the most colorful events of the season.
Now in its 38th year, the ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival comes back to Grand Boulevard Town Center on Saturday, May 2 (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and Sunday, May 3 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.). More than 120 national and regional artists will gather for a weekend full of creativity, connection, and community.
Hosted by the Cultural Arts Alliance and presented by Grand Boulevard, with support from Visit South Walton, ArtsQuest has been a favorite for both locals and visitors for years. This event truly shows what makes the area special: a mix of art, culture, and relaxed coastal living.
What to Expect
As you stroll through the festival, you’ll see a wide range of original artwork for viewing and purchase, including paintings, sculpture, ceramics, glasswork, and more. ArtsQuest is more than just a traditional art show. It’s an immersive experience where you can watch creativity happen right in front of you.
Live demonstrations such as glass blowing, wood turning, ceramics, and painting give you a behind-the-scenes look at the artistic process. Live music will play throughout the weekend, creating a relaxed festival atmosphere.
ImagiNation is always a highlight for families. This interactive area is made for kids, with hands-on activities that inspire creativity, play, and exploration. It’s a thoughtful feature that makes ArtsQuest fun for both young visitors and experienced art collectors.
Don’t Miss Saturday’s Happy Hour
A highlight of the weekend is the ArtsQuest Happy Hour on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. Guests can meet featured artist Renee Broxson, who will sign prints and serve a signature cocktail. The event also features a ribbon cutting for the newly named Donnelle Clark Reagin Collaborative Exhibit, which will display works from Cultural Arts Alliance member artists.

Supporting the Arts in Our Community
A suggested donation of $5 to $10 at the entrance helps support the Cultural Arts Alliance’s year-round work, such as children’s art education, scholarships, public art projects, and community programs. Even a small contribution can make a big difference for the local arts scene.
