The beach at Watercolor is private, so the beach access is not open to the general public. Beach chair rental services are available for owners and guests. The Bike Barn provides bicycle rentals for navigating the community’s extensive trail system, or leisurely strolls through many of Watercolor’s beautiful parks.
Camp Watercolor is a stunning aquatic area containing unique features such as the Butterfly pool with the Monarch slide, the Lazy Lizard pool, the Caterpillar pool, a lazy river, a children's play area, and a basketball court. The Canteen Restaurant Bar & Grill serves up easy to eat hand-held bites and a lifeguard on duty supervises all pools.

For events such as weddings, receptions, or other private events, the Watercolor Lakehouse is the perfect venue for accommodating up to 250 guests indoors or 400 guests outdoors.
