Nancy has been a REALTOR® for nearly eighteen years helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs here at the beach for much of that time. She and her family initially moved to 30A in1999 from Alabama. In addition to being REALTOR®, Nancy and husband Doug also have a small construction firm and have built many beautiful beach homes for clients through the years. In 2005 the Turmans returned to Alabama to assist in the care of aging parents and during that time their family of four grew quickly grew to six when Nancy and her husband adopted two more children. Following their time in Alabama, Nancy and her family spent three years in Thailand where they worked as volunteers helping orphans and refugees. When the Turmans returned to the states in 2016, their love of the beautiful beaches brought them back to South Walton and Scenic 30A. It was at that time that Nancy joined the Davis Properties Sales Team. Nancy’s loves the outdoors and often spends her time kayaking the many local bayous, bays, and coastal dune lakes along 30A.
