Larry Davis is the Owner/Broker of Davis Properties of Northwest Florida, Inc. Upon relocating to the the beaches of 30A from the west coast in 1988, he worked at Seaside Group Sales and Cottage Rental Agency in Seaside Florida. In 1990 he earned his real estate license and began a sales career with Abbott Resorts in Seagrove Beach. Two years later, Larry decided to “go it on his own” and established Davis Properties of NW FL, Inc. In 1995, he played a key role in shaping Rosemary Beach as a highly acclaimed Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) and Beach Town and established Rosemary Beach Realty serving as the inaugural Broker of Record for Leucadia Corporation, the town’s original developer. A long time resident of 30-A, Larry is a member of The Seaside Institute; a member of Leadership Florida 2011 Class XXX; a founding member of the Seaside Neighborhood Charter School [one of Florida’s first Charter Schools]; and an active participant in the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. He has consulted on a variety of TND’s throughout the southeast, west coast and internationally; assisting developers with planning, project and marketing strategy.
