Devereux Bartlett, originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, relocated to the Emerald Coast in 2011 while serving on active duty with the United States Air Force at Eglin Air Force Base. After transitioning to the Air Force Reserves, she chose to make Santa Rosa Beach home—drawn to the area’s emerald waters, pristine white-sand beaches, and miles of protected natural landscape.
Devereux began her real estate career in 2014 and brings a thoughtful, service-driven approach to helping clients navigate the market along Florida’s Gulf Coast. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, experiences that shaped her strong work ethic and commitment to serving others. Today, she continues her service in the Air Force Reserves while guiding both buyers and sellers through the process of finding or selling their beach home.
As a full-time resident raising her children in Santa Rosa Beach, Devereux has a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle that makes this community so special. She enjoys helping clients discover not just a property, but a place where they can create lasting memories along the coast.
When she’s not working with clients, Devereux enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, reading, traveling, and, of course, enjoying the beach.
