The current 30A Real Estate Market for buyers looks quite different compared to sellers.
As of today, there are only 155 homes and 36 condos for sale between Watercolor and Inlet Beach. The number of properties on the market on the west side of 30A (Grayton Beach to Dune Allen) is even less with only 68 homes and 7 condos currently available!
So, the current market for buyers can be a bit of a challenge. But with patience, preparation, and perseverance there are still wonderful properties to be purchased here at the beach. Properties on the market go under contract very quickly these days. So, buyers must be well prepared when the time begins to make offers. There’s never been a more important time to have clearly defined goals and have all of your financial “ducks in a row” well in advance of serious searches.
