Why community-level data matters when buying or selling along 30A and South Walton
Ask whether the 30A real estate market is up or down, and the most accurate answer may be: Which part of the market?
It’s tempting to talk about “the 30A market” as though it were one market moving in one direction. But look a little closer at the sales activity, and a much more nuanced picture emerges.
Alys Beach is not behaving like Blue Mountain Beach. Scenic 30A condos aren't necessarily following the same trends as single-family homes. And communities north of Highway 98 can move very differently from beachfront and resort-oriented properties.
For buyers and sellers, those differences matter.
